Tsungirirai is a registered Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer and Notary Public with more than 7 years’ experience in private practice.  She has the right of audience in all courts in Zimbabwe. She is an Advisory Council Member for the IT Governance and Cyber-Security Institute (ITGCSI) and a Trustee for various non-profit organizations.

Her areas of interest are corporate and commercial law, conveyancing, media and cyber law, family law and estate administration. In these areas, Tsungirirai has successfully litigated and effectively assisted in protecting her clients’ interests and investments. She has acted as a legal advisor on behalf of leading banks and financial institutions in mortgage financing, mortgage bond registrations and debt recovery. Tsungirirai’s sound knowledge in corporate and commercial law has also resulted in her being engaged by corporates and start-ups to assist in areas of corporate governance and business compliance.

She is an avid writer who has written on various aspects of the law and her work has been published both online and in print media.
